each wanting to open their own business,
neither realizing that they were looking at the same space...
Conversation quickly became reality when they decided to bring a designer shoe boutique to Baltimore.
Former school teacher, Janie Griffin, and at home mother of four, Emilie Blaze opened The Little Shoebox in August of 2005, to bring sophisticated, unique and gorgeous designer shoes to Baltimore. Immediately making their mark, customers have been thankful for this much needed addition to the area. The Little Shoebox has been referenced "like a box of chocolates!" "The best thing since Bergdorf's!"
The Little Shoebox offers designer shoes to a broad fashion conscious crowd with such lines as Bettye Muller, Kors, Tibi, Butter, Something Blue, Hunter, Repetto, Elaine Turner, Pour La Victoire, Ann Roth, Martinez Valero, Sacha London, and many more. Janie and Emilie compare and contrast to bring a truly unique collection of fabulous designer shoes.
